Welcome to Shubhmuhurat Vivah Mandal. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our service.

  • Registration & Eligibility:

    • It is mandatory for the bride to be 18 years of age and the groom to be 21 years of age to register.
    • All information provided (name, age, education, address, etc.) should be true and accurate. If false information is found, the membership will be cancelled.
    • This platform is only for finding information for the purpose of marriage. It is prohibited to use it for commercial or other purposes.

  • Account Security:

    • The member will be solely responsible for keeping the User ID and password of his profile safe.
    • An account can be used by only one person.

  • Verification and Credibility:

    • Important Note: We do a preliminary check of the information in the profile, but it is not possible to verify the 100% authenticity of every information.
    • It is your sole responsibility to verify their family and personal information yourself before negotiating or transacting with any site.

  • Fees & Refund:

    • Once the registration fees are paid, they will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    • The organization does not guarantee that the payment of the fee will result in a marriage; we only provide a platform to find a suitable partner.

  • Misconduct and Prohibited Conduct:

    • If complaints are received such as harassing other members, using obscene language or attempting to defraud, your account will be permanently closed without any prior notice.

  • Privacy Policy:

    • We try to keep your information secure, but the organization will not be responsible for any information leakage caused by technical reasons on the internet.

  • Photo Security & Privacy

    • Screenshot Ban: For security reasons, taking screenshots of any member's profile or photo in the app is strictly prohibited. Attempting to do so may result in your account being blocked by the technical system.
    • Photo Display Control: Members will have full control over who can see their photos (e.g. only premium members or only those who have accepted the request).
    • Photo Misuse: Downloading or otherwise misusing any member's photo will result in legal action under the Indian Information Technology Act (IT Act).

  • Chatting & Communication Rules

    • Nice Language: Any obscene, abusive or threatening language used during chatting will result in immediate suspension of the account.
    • Contacting without consent: If a member has rejected your 'Interest Request', repeatedly sending them messages or attempting to contact them will be considered a violation of the rules.
    • Sharing Personal Information: It is advisable not to share your phone number or address on the chat without establishing basic identity and trust. The organization will not be responsible for any fraud that occurs during this time.

  • Reporting & Blocking

    • Report Button: If a member seems suspicious or is violating the rules, other members can report it using the 'Report' button.
    • Complaint Investigation: The profile will be investigated within 5 to 10 days of receiving the complaint and if found guilty, the profile will be permanently deleted.

  • Fake Profiles

    • Only trust profiles marked 'Verified' on the app. Verification of Aadhaar card or other identity card may be mandatory to prove your identity.
